Which criteria getting quicker approvals?
I see multiple people getting approvals in less than 2-3 months. I’d like to know what type of applications getting faster approvals? Information like
1. current visa?
2. Living inside US or outside?
3. If living inside, how soon you got married after most recent entry date?
4. submitted forms?
5. FO/service center?

My application was approved in less than 2 months and i was on F1 visa completing OPT before applying. I got married a month before my OPT EAD expired and then submitted the application a month after that. Seattle FO and national benefit service center (i think).

That’s great to hear @J N Congratulations. I’m on the same boat. My case is with National benefit center. Hope I get the positive news soon.
