any Baltimore i485 approvals recently ? 6 month , still waiting …. #nbc #baltimore
I sent my medical rfe 6 month ago. I-130 approved 4 month ago . I don’t understand . Most people say their i485 was approved two weeks after I-130 approval. . Is it possible they lost my case ? I am literally in the final stage and I have feeling they have forgotten about it

finally my case got approved no interview no RFE.. I uploaded my joint bank account details and a copy of jo8nt tax returns from last year in my Uscis account online. I hope and pray for everyone waiting for their approval that ur wait ends soon. good luck to everyone

finally!!!
Field office New Orleans!! I did and inquiry in the uscis page for my husband I-130 because they show in the app that the case is taking longer that they expected on march 23th and they answered May 8th with the approval on both I-130 and I-485. Maybe that can helps somebody else. We started the process in Oklahoma and then moved 3 months later to Louisiana, so I was not expecting my case was quickly but I think the inquiry helped us. No interview! Thanks god 🙏🏻🫶🏻

expidite 485
applied vawa+ 485 on Feb 2018. got 360 approved on July 2022 then 485 moved to Chicago fo. I got medical on jan 2023 and responded feb 2023. silence since then. I went to Chicago fo yesterday and asked status. they said they received medical rfe but no officer is assigned to check my docs. I asked if they can expididite they said no.
what can I do to expedite process?
