5 months now since they received my medical lol we in the same boat …. still here waiting unfortunately

I’ve seen people on Reddit from our state get approved who applied after us and even sent medical wayyyyy after us

@s s 6 months here too. waiting on Great Baltimore FO. I called and a SR was raised. they responded with... because of workload which has nothing to do with my case, they estimate another 6 months delay... I am just here waiting. not ready to call again. just doing me and living one day at a time.

@ari reed @My Rock what should we do to impact this ? I have asked Congress to request status on my case . they responded after a month and they sent the request today to Uscis . it takes about 1 month . what else can we do ? I feel like I should be doing smth towards it but I really can’t think of anything

more than 2 months waiting I-130 approved and sent RFE medical almost 3 months ago, I’m desesperate

I got that same answer talking about workload and I should wait 90 days more like so frustrating and I really believe it’s our field office holding us up and not NBC in my case or whatever service center you guys have

@ari reed NBC was mine too . I think Baltimore field office is the slowest one

they have to be sooo many of us sent our medicals a long time ago smdh @s s

doesn’t make sense you call , or ask Emma or out in a service request because it’s literally gonna get you no where speaking from experience having done 3 service requests so atm imma just have to let it play out

@s s rfe received November 4 January 24 case transferred from nbc to Nebraska March 7 fingerprint were taken March 8 they said I have to wait 60 more days I submit service request last week and still nothing

@s s. I eventually got scheduled for interview coming up in 3weeks time. I was surprised because USCIS had asked me to submit my rfe. But my lawyer said it’s a formality

@s s a lawyer I get tired of waiting I’m so depressed my case since 2019 my medical rfe received since last November I did my interview in February 2021
