Do we have to work for the sponser more than 1 yr? For example: can we work for sponser for 1 yr at South Carolina ( McDonalds) and move to Oklahoma and continue to work at Mcdonalds until we get Green card? has anyone gone by this? has anyone left their job after 1 yr without getting GC?

EB2 Niw
Hi everyone,
Re: EB2 NIW
Did anyone have experience with this situation?
We are in the States at the moment.
My case status changed to :
CASE IS READY TO BE SCHEDULED FOR AN INTERVIEW.
5 months after the RFE was submitted.
The main applicants status hasn't changed yet, my case moved to this step(spouse)
We were hoping that the interview would be waived.
Thanks!
