Congratulations! how did you expedite? what evidence did you send?

I called uscis service center. submitted letter from employer that showed impact on their business if I can’t continue working post July (my f1 based EAD was expiring then) and a personal letter explaining the financial stress on me and my family if I lose my job post July. also provided evidence to support any claims in those letters

@Apurva how long did you wait for answer after you faxed the documents?

about 10 days. I didn’t get an answer on expedite request. directly got approval on EAD

They just updated right? When you check led the case status? What about advance parole?

yes. and I haven’t applied for advance parole

It was just a letter stating I would put on unpaid administrative leave. they also mentioned the impact on business my sudden departure would have
