I 765 card is being produced
Hello Everyone,
I am half way there and I give all the glory to God. my PD is June 3rd 2022. my I 140 was approved Nov 22 and we submitted( with my wife) our 1 -485, I -131 and I-765 application December 2022.
my I 765 status changed to your "card is being produced" ( bur nothing yet for my wife).
Did anyone have this experience too? Also how long do you think it will take to actually get the GC as well.
I am happy to answer anyone's question as well.

EAD and AP are pricessed by different departments and first come first serve. sometimes you dependents are processed before the primary and get the EAD and AP. however, when it comes to GC the primary has to ve aproved first. I think you hear soon about your depedents but you will need to patient regarding i485 as things starts to get slower and slower as the previous years. 5 months and 6 months are not enough.

congratulations! what kind of jobs are you allowed to do with this approved I-765? Does it have to be super relevant to your I-140 case?
