How long will USCIS take to send papers to NVC
almost five months ago I got I-797 approval notice from USCIS but still USCIS did not send my papers to NVC. How long does they will take to send NVC.

why this much long ? As per my knowledge uscis transfer case to nvc with in week after approval . you can check your provided email nvc always send welcome letter with in a week ! did you check your uscis status ? it’s weird 7months no welcome letter
i got welcome email after 3 days of my i 130 approval !

@nav kaur thanks, ya my uscis status is showing approved. actually now i am worried. also i checked with NVC they told USCIS did not send papers to NVC. NVC told i have to ask USCIS.

check the website. it is updated weekly indicating what date they are reviewing cases received from uscis

I was approved March 15, 2023 after 14 months of applying....it's been 56 days and no welcome letter . I have sent many inquiries to nvc they say still haven't received your application and they say it can take 60 to 90 days! My entire life is at a stand still....it's horrible
