I believe by now u r a citizen use that to expidite the application, it will go quicker. The visas for permanet residence under this category is limited and my take additional yrs.

they sent me a letter a month ago stating they received my request for humanitarian reinstatement…..

@one day it’s been 2 weeks exactly no news:( still says “interview was scheduled” but interview was like 10 min.. no questions about marriage cos we have the 130 approval.. IO said give me 2 weeks to go through your file and security questions followed.. finger prints photo and we left the building..

@baris kurt did you send your medical record to your local Uscis office ? did you need any appointment to go there ?

@one day I received an email saying I need to send or bring in person my medical 2 days before the interview scheduled online. and I took it to the local office.. no need to make an appointment or anything, just walked in and gave it to the person. and the person who received my medical stamped the email copy as received that I brought
