Medical Exam
Hi! I hired a lawyer to do my application (Petition Relative - Marriage with a US citizen) and she sent it in November 2022 but we didnt include any medical exams. Now people have told me that is better to send your medical exams in order to avoid an RFE before your green card? Can I send them now? i dont want anything to delayed my application.

Even if you send them, they won’t review unless they are asked for. Guess you have to wait for medical RFE.

did you need an affidavit of support? if so be sure submit that also. it’s always best to have medical exams ready at filing and send it with application.

it’s better to wait & listen to your lawyer. When the time comes, they’ll let you know when they need to see if.

you should send it, with your application numbers on top and they will link it to your case, it is not gonna create any delays as I made the same mistake… and those who sent it withour rfe get their cases approved straight away once an agent looks at your case

lawyers can sometimes be useless, as they don’t care as much for when you get your decision so its up to you
