what to expect?
talked with a live agent yesterday thru Emma, and the agent said:
“Your case still remaind at the National Benefit Center. A officer reviewed your case on 4-29-2023 and no updates yet.”
My Priority date is 3-29-2022.
My AOS has been at the NBC since 3-9-2023 (2 months).
I’m from Brasil, so based on last VBulletin, I am considered “current”…..
Anyone in a similar situation and know what to expect?

@Tddf kgt I asked the same question for many different agents. Some were nicer, and some were not helpful at all.
What I asked was “I would like to know if there is any update on my case and where my case is at the moment”

@William Wallace meu é com bacharelado porque eu tava com 5 dias short de completar 2 anos de experiência.
Meu I140 foi aprovado em Fev, e ja recebi meu combo card mes passado

Just have to wait some cases in NBC have been there for a long time 2 months is still too early. As far as i know there is still 2021 applications that have not been finished even though the PD was current.

emma never responds. even the live agent gives generic responses. I asked about my case since biometric status has not moved forward yet. the agent did not have an update
