Expedite through congress
Just wondering if anyone in California had expedite requests submitted through congressman's office, what the timeline was from contact to response and if it was approved.

@C S I’m not in California.. I’m in NY and 2 weeks ago I reached out to the Congressman .. yesterday he requested to expedite the process for I-485 and today the uscis responded to him that they can’t do anything right now and I have to allow them 90 days to inquire again.. the congressman was so helpful but the uscis have a lot of packlogs .. try it if you want but don’t expect to see a good result
