@mk m meu processo continua lá, tem 106 que receberam a evidência e até agora nada.

@Ali Ortega no I just received a RFE to send it and I sent it on the 1st of May so today the status changed from actively review to cancellation of Request for evidence

@A Mauras I sent my medical with the entire package on July 28th. my case status has said ‘RFE response received, we will review the evidence’ since January 19th. The RFE was for my long form birth certificate, as I had accidentally submit the incorrect version. It’s been 4 months since I submit the birth certificate, and still nothing. Canadian applicant, never married previously, and my husband is a US citizen, and we have a 2 year old son.

@A Mauras I really thought the process would have been a lot faster. I’ve submit so many service requests for an update, and they just keep telling me that my case is within normal processing times, and that I have to wait for a decision.

@ESPOIR T what was the RFE for?
