what is the USCIS app! Is it different than the website?

My case went from 5 months gradually yo 0 las day Say "your case is taking longer than specting" and now 3 months again , waiting for nebraska service center from agost 31 2022

@m c it is more than 15 months since we filed, only get the employment authorization card. nothing changed in the Advance Parol, or the I-130 or the green card applications!! what should i do guys!

@m c i did submit an expedited request a week ago, and just now received email from them asking me to fax them proof for the financial loss that. but the email mentions only case I-131 ( the advance Parol) nothing about the I-130 or the I-485. although i did multiple requests for expedit service. the I-131 is already beyond the normal processing time! the others not yet.

where in the account you see the remaining processing time! are you guys filling family adjustment of status? so we are talking about the same thing! I opened my wife’s account ( the petitioner) and couldn’t find any information more that what is available in my account! any idea what us going on?

yes in your wife’s tab where she filed the 130 somewhere near to where you can see the documents that uscis uploaded and the documents you uploaded. in the account where you filed the 130 @Y. M. same process F2A

I checked under my wife’s account where we filed the 130 yesterday and it said estimated 3 months till decision. Im just assuming that’s a automated thing based on how quickly they are completing exisiting applications. but each service Centre is operating at different speeds @Y. M.

@m c did you file online or paper? because I filed witha lawyer on papers, then i added the case to the online account! could this be the difference why I can’t see this remaining estimated time!

it probably is the reason because we filed the 130 online and everything else was paper @Y. M.
