Ombudsman
does anyone have any experience or success with writing to the USCIS ombudsman? I requested expedite for my EAD 8 months ago. I’ve been waiting on a decision since January. considering writing to Ombudsman for assistance?

they are not really helpful at all. I had experience about Ombudsman - DHS. better take help from a congressman or senator.

@m Hossain Did it help your case at all? I’ll try going the congressman route today. I already submit the ombudsman request .. not sure if I should do both?
