how they process I 485 after vawa approved if I 485 was held in abeyance? did anyone have similar situation
in 2019 my ex and I applied for I130+I485 together, then we got divorced due to the abuse. I filed vawa and requested to put my 485 hold in abeyance. Now my vawa just got approved what’s next ? Did anyone have similar situation ? thanks
Getting past BOT.
Can someone inform me on how to get past the automated voice response system to be able to speak to a live agent? I've tried saying InfoPass but it then ask for a reason why of needing InfoPass. What is a valid reason that can be used? I've tried biometric, interview, outside normal processing time, and schedule appointment. All have been said to NOT be a valid reason and the system hung up on me. Any assistance would greatly be appreciated. Thanks
What to expect now
My Case of EB1-C has been transferred to NBC MO center 10 days ago. PD Date 10-Dec, Nationality India. , concurrent all 140. 765, 131 and 485 Medical filed together. , Finger prints applied on Jan 27, EAD, AP combo received in March. 140 approved on Apr 30th. Any indications of this is the right progress and when I can expect my GC. thanks for all your support.

so I had my vawa approved a month ago and I got a notification for request for evidence , I haven’t yet received the letter physically but wondering if I should be worried . I don’t know what they are going to ask for but I thought when vawa is approved then you’re almost done . some please share their experiences. please . #485
