What to expect now
My Case of EB1-C has been transferred to NBC MO center 10 days ago. PD Date 10-Dec, Nationality India. , concurrent all 140. 765, 131 and 485 Medical filed together. , Finger prints applied on Jan 27, EAD, AP combo received in March. 140 approved on Apr 30th. Any indications of this is the right progress and when I can expect my GC. thanks for all your support.

My case is almost identical to yours.
EB1C.
PD: 12-Dec-2022.
Medical files together; everything concurrently.
Fingnerprints done on Jan 25.
EAD approved in March. I-140 - end of April.
Case transferred to NBC MO 10 days ago.
Still waiting.

similar position! filed 24 Dec all concurrent with Medicals. biometrics done Jan; I-149 approved March; I-765 approved March; 485 transferred to NBC early April… no update since

@Hopeful GC My PD is 12/14/2022, I-140 and AP approved but EAD is still pending in SRC. what is ur service center for EAD case?
