Asylum based green card
I applied for the green card 3 years and 10 months ago. now it’s well past their processing time. I keep getting under process. what kind of process is this? can someone please help! if you are a lawyer what are the legal actions that I can take?

damn that’s a long wait.. I think you should sue them,file a Mandamus talk to a lawyer, try to contact congressman, so ridiculous why it’s taking them so long to process asylees cases?

I applied for my residency for asylum 5 years ago and my status changed to it is reported that fingerprints were taken my lawyer called uscis because time has passed now we are waiting for them to answer

Send USCIS case inquiry, congressman, CIS Ombudsman send case assistance, and sue.
