Getting past BOT.
Can someone inform me on how to get past the automated voice response system to be able to speak to a live agent? I've tried saying InfoPass but it then ask for a reason why of needing InfoPass. What is a valid reason that can be used? I've tried biometric, interview, outside normal processing time, and schedule appointment. All have been said to NOT be a valid reason and the system hung up on me. Any assistance would greatly be appreciated. Thanks

@Alexis Sears I tried using InfoPath and it wouldn't connect me to a live agent. I did as @Long Journey suggested and was able to chat with a agent online to be only told to submit an "outside normal process " inquiry form and await 30 days for a response! USCIS is a Joke for lawful citizens. Illegal immigrants get a much quicker response and handling. This system is flawed.
