VAWA APPROVED, 485 Requested For evidence
so I had my vawa approved a month ago and I got a notification for request for evidence , I haven’t yet received the letter physically but wondering if I should be worried . I don’t know what they are going to ask for but I thought when vawa is approved then you’re almost done . some please share their experiences. please . #485

@A wellick I don’t really know . they started approved and to contact the local offices to obtain the 485 application. hadn’t even done that and my 485 application updated to RFE . it’s only been like 28 days since my approval

My I360 was approved, and after 2 months I received RFE for medical I693; I sent to NBC. Hope you get soon and congratulations 🎊

@mg g I actually don’t know what that means but I guess none . I applied 2021 and all I got is an approved two years later
