mine took 4 days to update after USCIS received my documents (as per my tracking number)

they received my RFE around 50 days ago and still nothing! some people had been waiting for 90 days or more 🥹

one thing I realized about USA filing issues. Is that, it will be better to hire a lawyer to help in processing this filing things, because to me , the processing seems complex. I will rather work and pay lawyer next time than do it myself. I can’t withstand all what you people are passing through.

I submitted my RFE for on 05/30 and on 06/06 they received my RFE and on 06/09 which is today they updated my status back to USCiS reviewing my case with nothing pending. My case will be two years already and still in the i130 process. This is so frustrating. @Unicorn C @S D @Lorena Duncan @Richie kan
