RFE response/ Retrogression
I got an rfe and uscis already received my response on 05/19. Still dont have an update about the decision. i was worried for retrogression. my PD is 03/2022. do they still process it?

Hi @Via M exactly same boat as yours. I senr my response for rfe couple of days ago and my Pd is april 2022. fingers crossed for approval before june month end.

hi @Ali Meer hopefully we’ll get the approval before june ends. But do you know if they will still process our petition even if it retrogressed on july?

@Via M retrogression means that from July onwards they will be approving February 2022 priority dates. presently we are still under june visa bulletin.
