Case transfered from NBC
hello ya’ll,
I just chatted with Emma to ask when last was my case reviewed.
she said my case is currently located at San Bernardino field office (it has been in NBC all this time prio to yesterday) but I live in Boston.
also said last review of case was yesterday 7th May.
what does this mean??
my PD is Dec 7 2022.
Removal proceedings, pending I-130
Hi all,
I am married to a US citizen with pd May 8 2023. On October 27 2023 my I485 got Administratively Closed and that’s how I learned I was in removal proceedings. A little after I learned I had a Master Hearing scheduled for May 15 2024 and the reason why was because I got a B2 visa extension denied back in 2018.
I have reached out to the paralegals that helped us file my green card paperwork and they informed me we should make efforts to have USCIS approve my I130, which hasn’t happened yet despite the multiple calls my wife and I had made. Since the hearing is happening next week, I have very low expectations about getting it approved before May 15th.
Could anyone assist with how I should proceed in front of the judge in order to have my I130 approved and my case dismissed? I am extremely nervous, specially because I have no lawyer and will attend to the hearing remotely.

hi has anyone have this type of wavier
I-601 Waiver of Grounds of Inadmissibility I was fixing my husband green card and he got denied because of control substance the way he explained to me he told the medical examiner that he had did weed 8 months prior and they written it down in his chart if anyone has this type of wavier how long did it take to find out if it was approved or denied
