@Ali Erturk You are definitely out of normal time. I filed March 2023 and got approved December. We also see April and May people are getting casually approved. But I am sure you are not alone. it's gotta to be really soon

@Alex B you’re right. Here is what someone else said “50% gets approved in 13 months but for another 30% it takes additional 20 months and those unlucky 20% are even worse.”

@Ali Erturk I hope its not truth. my friend who filed in April 23 just got approved in June. So there is a delay but not 20 months.

@Ali Erturk oh man. you must be so frustrated brother. hang in there! also please wait at least 18 months before filing mandamus it is safer, you could get a motion to dismiss if you file before then.

@Faruk Askar I didn’t know that. I know a few people who filed right after 12 months and they got approved. I think I will wait until August and then file. I’ll make a post about it once I do
