@ Olamide, what is your priority date? Your case is F3 category, I.e US citizen filling for married son/ daughter over 21 years. This could take anything between (12- 15yrs), or sooner if the processing is getting faster. I too am in that category, and my own PD is 2012, and I only just got Approved some days ago. I am Nigerian doing Consular processing and I figure everything may still take about a year or a year and a half, all things being equal. Finally, the visa bulletin says they are working on October 2010 cases right now. So, knowing your priority date is important to track visa bulletin changes.

@olamide o I'm a nigerian my mum a us citizen filled for me and my siblings since last year June. we are still expecting our approval. Though I was told the process is getting faster now with ioe.
