I485 interview VAWA (i-360) based approved

hi has anyone have this type of wavier
I-601 Waiver of Grounds of Inadmissibility I was fixing my husband green card and he got denied because of control substance the way he explained to me he told the medical examiner that he had did weed 8 months prior and they written it down in his chart if anyone has this type of wavier how long did it take to find out if it was approved or denied

IMMIGRANT VISA APPLICATION
I did expedite my case and it was approved and sent to my embassy for processing.
on the ceac site, it say “
Ready
Your case is ready for your interview when scheduled at the U.S. Consular section. If you have already scheduled an appointment for an interview, please prepare your documents as directed in your appointment letter and appear at the consulate on the appointed date and time.”
However the embassy sent me an email asking me to schedule my appointment with no appointment date and when I try to schedule it says there are no available appointments.
I am really confused

H1B Approval Notice
Is it typical not to receive H1B approval after waiting for 290 days? My lawyer says it's quite common for applicants not to receive approval notices. Despite waiting 290 days, I haven't received mine yet. Now, my lawyer plans to file an I-824 to obtain a new approval notice. We've even conducted a congressional inquiry, but USCIS claims they've delivered it twice, while my lawyer's office insists they haven't received it. Any advice?
