@EB3 S i have been working for them since 9 years already. started with a work visa and later the perm

@jc jc so you sent medical even before you get current? the lawyer sent for you?

@a t T they RFE me for the medical back on 2022, later since it was more than 2 years we sent another medical right when we became current. lawyer didn’t advise us to send them. but we did it anyway hoping it will avoid another RFE.

@sam laa i just told my lawyer to send them, she told me the will get “lost” but I sent them anyway

would you mind share how do you send it? do you just send the whole medical form itself to uscis?

@GC approve05/27 . i just drop the medical exams to my lawyer and she handled it, so not sure where or how she sent them. i think she just sent them to USCIS maybe with a cover later with my case info

@a t T yes and 2 passport photo. i just sent it with the express usps but it was delivered to po box yesterday. Don't know why
