I485J interfilling receipt notice not received
I did interfilling by filling I485J to change my pending I485 category from EB5 to EB3 and it was delivered in early January of this year. since then I haven’t received a receipt notice for the I485J. wondering if others are in a similar situation. I tried contacting USCIS and filing service requests but haven’t gotten an indication on whether USCIS received the interfilling or lost it.
is anyone else in the same situation? wondering if I should just refile the interfilling request

my i485 was transferred to local office last july with interview being wavied
spoke with uscis today and mentioned that officer reviewed my case last month and transferred case back to NBc office with interview being wavied too
so case pending approval or denial from National benefits office
anyone know how long will it take

why this unnecessarily delay
I have filed 3 expedites. my ID is expired and I am due to travel for work next week. I applied since February. why are these people so wicked? throughout my journey this is at least the 6th time filing for EAD and never had problems in the past. I485 is pending. meanwhile I see most people here approved within a month. this is so unnecessary and unfair.

Interview appointment requirements
Hi, After approving the request to expedite.
Today, after trying for two days, I found online an appointment for the interview on June 13, and I reserved it for only one of my three children, and the system did not allow them to be included in one group.
What should I do? Should I take them all on the same reserved date?
Also, the medical examination is scheduled for tomorrow and will be prepared two days after the interview is it OK or I should cancel the appointment?
