don’t listen to what they say. keep pushing for your case I.e chatting with Emma and reach out to your congressional rep/senator to inquire on your behalf. the system set up unfairly and unless you make sure they’re on your case, they can keep delaying it.

I am curious why they don't process cases that are current. Is it dependent on the local office, the officers, luck, or the internal rules that they follow we don't have visibility?

@cloud 8 they all keep saying the same. I even make calls almost every month as Emma Chat disconnects on me, I do feel its intentional

@Nate Man No transparency at all, we dont even how many cases the process per day. they just through no of years at your face to discourage you from asking everytime.
