Beyond 1000 days
it’s about to be 3 years. ap and ead both expired now renewal has been processing for 10 months now. can’t travel can’t work all the steps are done. did a service request outside normal processing times, expedite request and reached out to congresswoman. nothing is working. What else can I do. contact center feels like an out of touch center they don’t do or help much 3 expedite requests they send to service center and it never reach a decision even though I uploaded letters and evidence like they asked. help what worked for you.

How do I confirm my response to RFE was received??
I received RFE for Medicals on May 1st. I mailed my response to USCIS same day, and according to UPS, it was delivered on May 6th. Nonetheless, the USCIS Case Status Tracking page still shows that an RFE was issued on May 1st, and is not updated to reflect that the Response was received. Is this common? Is there a way for us to confirm with USCIS that the RFE was indeed received?
