what evidence did you send them before the visit? do you live with your wife?

Do they even have field officers going to people's homes to check on couples ? This sounds crazy

I’d say don’t stress it. If they wanted you out they would’ve done so. this is not a trump thing but more of a scare tactic. you have to remain the same and be truthful at all times. send whatever you need to send let your lawyer handle that. my question to you is how come you didn’t provide the information on the spot if you were at your house? does your wife live with you?

@Neickers Cuevas she is not living with me ,my step daughter started school at where we all lived so I was the only one who moved closer to my job. they live 2hrs away from me. I moved here in August but I go there every weekend and they come here ones in every month

@Neickers Cuevas I provided our taxes and they said they don’t need it,showed them my 401k beneficiary who is my wife,showed them my Mercedes Benz 2022 papers with my wife,credit card with my wife and my savings at central bank with my wife and they said why didn’t I add her to my checking account after I told them 80% of my pay goes to my checking and they add “you don’t trust her right? they refused to check all documents I wanted to show them and they where just talking about deportation and how much I’m paying my wife to help me get green card and that’s where I told them whatever evidence they need can be emailed to them by my lawyer

@GoodoverEvil love I believe you and was not saying it was fraud. My disbelief was how they treated you and what they said. Also did not know agent's were going around to people's homes like that, I do believe someone turned you in for some reason. Please keep us posted

@Umar K staying together is not a requirement by the immigration law so my lawyer advised I can move to start my job it’s 2hrs drive from me and that’s why I moved but I go home every weekend

It sound like someone report your case as a fraud. Also even your case was filled in paper you just need the case number to track the progress, you need to ask your wife or lawyer that info.

they are trying to make you scared they went to my house but we moved to another state and the guy talked shit with my neighbor about my family trying to get any info but they told that we moved to another state .

@GoodoverEvil love I told everything to my lawyer and they sent a letter explained how unprofessional the uSCIS agente acted in my situation. they are keeping looking for things that make no sense and making everything take so long .

@GoodoverEvil love Nobody tipped them off, it was just a random check. The officer handling your case referred your file to the fraud unit because he doesn’t believe the marriage is real. Just stay calm and work closely with your attorney. Good luck!

@GoodoverEvil love yes they did it special because the GC will be for 10 years and they start to give hard time . I had 2 interviews, RFE and NOID about 1 month ago and they still holding my thing and my lawyer answered 2 NOID and they still did not post that they got the documents. Miami office is messy and they send the same request by mistake .

@Baiano Lash so likely will they ask for rfe or another interview right? but they can not do anything crazy .how long did you get to hear from them after the home visit
