“On May 9, 2024, we transferred your Form 1-360, Petition for Amerasian, Widow(er), or Special Immigrant, to another office for processing and sent you a transfer notice. The notice explains why we transferred your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. “
I submitted my application in March 2023. why did USCIS transferred my case? I thought I-360 as a widow only be handled in Vermont office. Does it mean that I will restart the entire waiting process? Has any of you encountered this situation before? what’s the next move?
