Advance parole approved first but did not received a combo card.
So my AP was approved on March 26th, then my EAD was approved on April 5th. When I finally received the card, I noticed it does not contain the AP note and I never received the actual AP document, only the approval notice.
I filed a erequest but no answer since.
I wonder if I am in a sort of glitch, since the AP is supposed to be approved at the same time, or after my EAD and that USCIS was planning to apply it to my EAD but did not do it.
anyone experienced the same problem? it has been 40days+ since AP has been approved...

vawa approved , how long is it gonna take for green card? and is it gonna come from the same field office Vermont or another? and if they are going to transfer, how long is it gonna take for the transfer??

AR11
in 2022 I applied for AOS. I got a letter saying my lawyers had recorded a change of address and an AR11 was to be completed. I don’t know if it ever was completed but my application is over the normal time limit for approval on AOS. any ideas if AR11 not filed is relevant? I filed G28 which is change of law firm

I posted my timeline on here a bit ago. On April 22, 2024 I submitted a service request for my I-765 the one that USCIS lets you do on their website when your case is a certain amount of time outside of processing time. They sent me their response today and said “Our review indicates that this case is within our current processing time”. I don’t understand how they can respond with this when I am only allowed to submit when it is outside of processing time. In their response they also added the link to check processing times. So I checked again because I thought maybe the processing times for the work visa I applied for has gone up. It hasn’t… it still says 7 months and I’ve been waiting 9. I just don’t understand how they can give me this as a response and absolutely no other updates.
