I think some sort of action needs to be taken against these officer's BUT, if you do then I believe you are setting yourself up for denial. Their actions make me angry but calmer heads will prevail so stay positive but takes good notes and document everything. Your wife is a USC and may eventually need to reach out to her Representative carefully. Keep us posted

something similar happened to my sister in law and mother in law. they have their tourist visa and were trying to come for the holiday the immigration officer was very rude talking abo it how they were just going to stay over here and just really nasty comments he didn’t let them enter the country
