Are you sure you didn’t miss their call? They usually call between 48-72hrs. For all the times I’ve scheduled a call with them, they called back

@F A : no I didn’t, I called call center, agant said still pending, I have to wait.100% sure something is wrong with my application. how come most of people here got their medical RFE, now waiting for approval. uscis didn’t send my EAD card c31 , just sent an approval notice and wrote, I am not eligible for ead card because I didn’t request at beginning. my attorney is piece of shit , he isn’t answering emails and calls.

@hope hope I thought when the I-360 is approved you automatically receive an EAD card.

I don’t know what happened, I think my attorney did something wrong 😑, I am tired of everything now.

@hope hope I was waiting for their call almost a week. They called at 4:30pm. So be patient;)

Actually mine took over a week for a tier 2 to give me a call back, So just keep to your phone at all time. You can also write a letter to your field office to expedite your case.

@hope hope they already approved your vawa so I'm not sure it's because something is wrong with your application why you haven't heard anything. Some of the field offices are really bad and slow so it may depend on where you are. As for the EAD, you would have had to apply for it initially based on either vawa approval or pending I-485. So maybe the lawyer didn't apply for it, in which case you can just apply for it yourself now based on approved vawa and attach the approval notice with the application or something like that. It's just 4 months tho after the approval so don't think negatively yet. Some people took over a year after vawa approval to get the GC. Also, sometimes they ask you to bring the medicals in when you go for the interview in which case you won't get rfe until you get notice for interview

@hope hope I’m waiting for tier 2 officer’s call back from last 2 weeks, also congressman said my case is at local field office (NY ) and they waiting for date to be available for interview, 50days ago they received my medical & birth certificate, vawa approved in march

in have advised you in the past to inter file medical if you have some extra cash , because it might not get attached to your file , work at case scenario you loose some money that you spent on medical

and in that case they issue official RFE for medical

I remember something but not sure. my Case has to be in Baltimore office but agent said 485 transfered to Charlotte office, however; Baltimore has to do decision on 485 . it’s really frustrating me. Regarding medical office Price,I am not worried. just want finish the case not dealing with uscis .

They called me three times but I missed it, I had to call the main line and submit another request today, hopefully they call me tomorrow because I’m keeping my cell phone with me at all times

Is tier 2 having backlog in calling back. I’m so lucky they call me about 48hrs all the times I’ve scheduled to talk to one. Never knew they could take up to a week or more

@hope hope just some random person. And she haven’t said anything useful regarding my case. “oh, you have to wait….🙊” her words. It is funny but I know that even without her call back 😆
