Same situation. Have been current since March 2024 and status changed to CRP last week. Don’t know how they run out of visas when current.

probably they ran out of quarterly limits.

but I don’t think they really follow quarterly limit as it seems they ran out of EB3 visa for ROW in July.

@M L, @Yas I, does it even make sense? Why advances priority date when you are almost running out of visa? When tonnes of people start applying by July 1, what does that even mean?

on top of that they are sending txt msg asking to respond soon to medical rfe as if they are going to make a decision soon. I responded to med rfe on Oct 23.

@CHEN-KAI HSU I was hoping for that too but nothing yet so far. I did some digging and there are only 5 cases with crp in my case block and cases are still getting approved but very slowly.
