I submitted my form i140 ten days ago and my tracking says USCIS is actively reviewing my form. so I have the USPS accounts that tells me what is coming to my address. so I received notification that I have a package coming and they are waiting the arrival and when they get it they will notify me of delivery date. I became afraid that could it be they issued RFE? although my tracking still stays actively reviewing and nothing is outstanding at this time. I am afraid!

hi guys, I am having problems understanding the VB. my PD is 9.11.2019 EB3 ROW - as I read it I am not current however the Final Action date (according to June, waiting for July) is 11.22.22, according to the same bulletin "Numbers are authorized for issuance only for applicants whose priority date is earlier than the final action date listed below..." does it mean that in theory they should be working on my case? thank you
