How can my Spouse come to the USA?
I am a green card holder and I plan on getting married soon. I will have to bring my spouse to the USA. I was looking that the sponsorship method/visa for the spouse for a green card holder timeline is very long. What will be the quickest and easiest method for her to come the USA and we can apply for a status change for her from here? Is the adjustment quicker if she comes over as an F1 student? Please recommend best possible solution, thank you.

change employer
Hey guys,
Does anyone here have experience in changing employers? My I140 approval is from 2/2023; I worked with my employer for 1.5 years and got EAD for five years and got the interview 8/2023. My PD 11/2020 is coming up, but I decided to switch to a new employer. I will have a meeting with my attorney tomorrow. Does anyone share some thoughts?

Did anyone had a similar situation?
work permit was approved May 3rd and I received my social the following week. then on May 29 I got a notification saying case was approved again. And I’m still awaiting the work permit and then yesterday it says fingerprint was taken. what does ithis mean and did anyone been in the same situation? please share your experience. thank you
