It is been 5 months since DQ on my case and still waiting for the interview letter. Did you know anyone try before expediting the case on the NVC level, and what reason for expediting? waiting for NVC been longer than uscis.

Hi everyone I’m waiting for 280 days an answer about medical RFE. I have advance parole and work permit approved a year ago. since then I received RFE I sent to USCIS the response in time and since then I didn’t get anymore an update, I’ve tried to send inquiries, email the ombudsman and email the congressman (10 days ago), talk to different lawyers beside mine. anyone wanna share a similar experience? how long did you wait? did a congressman helped you? also can I travel with advance parole without problem? someone had travel with that?

Expected Retrogression Question
I have a pending AOS with CRP status since December. My priority date became on April and now i am waiting for the decision but everywhere I read it says that July bulletin will have some retrogression for the employment based category. So if the priority date moves back does that mean they stop looking at your case again? I mean being current for almost 3 months now i’m hoping they at-least have moved my case ahead somewhat in the line but all that progress moves back again?
