well, they denied this the first time and my lawyer went ahead and refiled and Ching Ching! USCIS have bipolar issues let me tell ya. I currently have a green card they gave me by mistake according to them, so this is basically something I’ll use if and so I don’t have the new green card at hand. I’ve been in this journey for over 20years back and forth and I pray to the Lord everything u folds as it should. hang in there I know the pain, been there and still at it, just keep pushing forward and press on

Backlog Clearance is Dead!
While I am happy to see the EB1 progressing forward in this VISA bulletin, it’s frustrating to see that older cases are not getting closed. What is the point of progressing FAD when the backlog with NBC and FO are not getting cleared? The people who are happy today will get frustrated later on.
