What does mean approval 96% and RFE 26%

I am about to marry my partner, but he has a 5 year ban for working in the US. What's the process of filing? Can we get married and start the filing?

my case status has been updated to being actively reviewed by USCIS for the second time for 11 days, but not approved yet! does anyone know what it means?

well just noticed my progress timeline go from 22 months to 5 months. has anyone experienced this change and what did you experience when it happened?. either I’m getting interview date or an approval, but based of the information I got from an agent through Emma, interview requested cannot be waived is that true?

Do I need I-130 on K-1 visa?

My Fiance arrived to the States on a K-1 visa and we got married within 90 days. Now we are working on a Green Card and I know we need a I-485 but do we also need to submit I-130? There seems to be some mixed feedback on whether I-130 is necessary for us. Thank you!
