March 2024 filer. Status pending for all 765,485,131

I noticed EADs aren't being processed fast anymore. Most people with this timeline haven't got EAD.

@GC 2024 do you have dependents? is their EAD approved? our kids EAD is approved but both parents status is still at fingerprints taken.

@Mira S - 1 dependent. same status for them

filed March 24, 2024. Receipt April 22 2024. ROW. EB1C. PD Oct 2023. Child received EAD. Parents still on fingerprint.

filed february 26, still waiting for AOS, EAD and AP

filed 28th March 2024 son got the EAD but for parents nothing still it’s on finger prints taken it’s frustrating

@GC 2024 is your case at NBC or is it transferred to any FO?

wonder if all those statistics shown in this app are true.. for instance Case Processing Trends shows almost 19% for those who filed mid march - mid April.. what does it mean? 19% of applicants have been green card granted?

im still 6th out of 85 filers ( same position since May ) 💁🏼‍♂️

@Mira S - it’s been transferred to a non local field office as of June 1st

@juan Leiva take it with a pinch of salt. look at casestatusext if you really want a lot of data, but keep in mind that the data is only that- raw data. it doesn’t mean your will be before or after the block that is being reviewed or has been approved. There is an element of randomness that comes in play. Based on data, they are most actively reviewing and approving Jan/Feb 2024 applicants but you can see March filers getting approved as well… so no real logical flow to it.

@GC 2024 that could be just to manage work load.

@B J cheers BJ .. actually my concerns and curiosity are in regards how to understand the info in this app.. and as it seems and all things considered (along with your message) , just wait and see… eventually we all be getting the green card (fingers crossed) in one moment or another..all best to all of us

@juan Leiva that is absolutely right. It is just fun to see that kind of data to see if your block has been processed (more chances of approval but no guarantee). But don’t try and predict the outcome based on it. Will just drive you crazy… just know that in a matter of time, you will have your GC and then you won’t need to check this app 10 times a day.

something to celebrate, my 765 EAD was approved today. still waiting on my spouse’s I-765 approval.

funny.. just got the EAD by email today … it’s a good sign that I me getting closer? (my PD is 03/29/24)
