Do I need I-130 on K-1 visa?
My Fiance arrived to the States on a K-1 visa and we got married within 90 days. Now we are working on a Green Card and I know we need a I-485 but do we also need to submit I-130? There seems to be some mixed feedback on whether I-130 is necessary for us. Thank you!

no. just I-485. if the finance wants to work then I-765 & if they want to travel outside US until GC comes then I-131.

Let me send you the list.
I-130:
- copy of US birth certificate.
-copy of US passport
-G325A signed by US citizen
-G325A signed by beneficiary
- passport photo of US citizen and beneficiary.
- Marriage license
I-485:
-copy of birth certificate of beneficiary
- copy of beneficiary's passport.
-2 signed passport photos of beneficiary (attached to I-485)
-copy of I-94 form
- proof of approved I-129F.
I-765:
-2 signed passport of beneficiary (attached to I-785)
you can also include travel visa form. I didn't do that.

No, you dont need I-130 if you got married within 90 days. Just I-485,I-765 and I-131
