My PD is Nov 22 (row)
No update on my case since it was received in 2022.
My I-140 was approved and I’m current since 2024.
I did fingerprinting in 2023 for I-131 and I was told by Live Agent that they have my fingerprinting on file.
I did concurrent filing for I-485, I-140, I-131
Recently, I asked congressman for assistance but I’m still waiting.
Does anyone have a similar situation with no progress?
