Can i travel with advance parole twice the same year?
My case I-130 (Advance parole) was validated in January. I am married and my husband is American. My Ii-130 and I-485 cases have been under active review for 10 days. I would like to hear from people who have already traveled with an advance parole several times. I plan to travel to Africa in June for 10 days. And in August I plan to travel to see my family for 4 weeks. What do you think? Is it a risk? Thank you

Will upgrade to PP show on I-140 timeline?
Hello! My lawyer originally submitted my I-140 without premium processing, then my company agreed to upgrade it. When I asked the lawyer when, they said they'd get to it later in the week. Does anyone know if the upgrade to Premium Processing will show up on my timeline in this app? Thanks! #i140 #premiumprocessing
