This is serious, if you don't have any fraud then you can submit inquiry with congress, and also, you can sue USCIS yourself, do youtube search "writ of mandamus pro se"

since your interview you haven't inquired anything? since 2021 is a long time... what did they say at the time of the interview?

@My P I have one but for a months or two now she has been wanting to get out of our case ,saying she is going a different direction so I’m getting a new one

@favor me they met only me they asked for instant evidence like pictures call logs ,her clothes and other belongings and also they videoed our house

@love me I think for some reason they're suspicious about your case since it's been way too long. You should reach out to your Congress person, because they should atleast tell you why the background check is taking so long😒
