Writ of Mandamus
My husband had his interview 01/03/2023 and he was put under administrative processing. We just hired a lawyer to file a Writ of Mandamus. Anyone that has filed this how long did it take to get a response back.

hey which embassy and visa category ? as I saw lot of cases get out of AP in 60 days of the mandamus but the embassy can ask the judge a motion to dismiss so it’s 50-50 good luck to you
