it’s been 69 days since filling . I send a typo error to get my husband name on my application but I have received my ssn with my old name on it . any know how I could change the name
I want to put my name on my application cos the person that help us did told us that was an opinion after we got married. I send in a typo erro request to uscis to change . now I receive my ssn with my old name on it , although they send me a notification saying they will process it . yesterday I received my ssn Nr with my old name anyone know if I can change that at the ssn office before my work permit arrives

ok, I contacted congresswoman and it comes that now they can’t expedite my case due to USCIS is waiting to schedule finger prints for my daughter, she’s 15 now… i haven’t received any docs or notice about it. my i485 is frizzed since 2022. timeline is i485 2020, vawa approved on Oct 2023

How long are employment authorizations / I-765 taking to be approved out of Phoenix? Concurrent Request with I130 & I485
Mostly interested on my wife's getting back to her career ASAP, what's the average timeline these days? I've read somewhere folks are getting approved in 2 months.
I submitted my packet yesterday with the guidelines from a Russian lady (with a great American accent!) from YouTube.
EAD renewal
Hello EB3 other warriors!
My EAD is expiring this coming January. I'm planning to apply for renewal myself. Do you guys know do we have an application fee for the renewal and if any supporting documents needs to send with the 765 application form and current EAD copy? can we file it online as well too?
Expedited Approved 1-131 Timeline
I needed to travel to pickup my son. But had issues with my passport which took a long time for a renewal. My son and wife travelled to Nigeria last year where we dropped him off with grand parents for a couple of months. Our son is on the spectrum.
01/02/2024: Renewal of I-131 for with I-765. I-765 was approved but I-131 was pending.
5/15/2024: Sent in Privacy release form to COUNTY COUNSEL including Doctors letters for my sons biannual checkups
5/16/2024: Request was sent by COUNTY COUNSEL to USCIS
6/03/2024: Response came from USCIS about case being routed to expedite process and it will be examined
6/03/2024: Case approved
6/04/2024: Advance parole document was produced
6/10/2024: Received Document in the mail. (It’s a document and not a combo card)
