At this point, I’m convinced that issuing RFE is no longer possible. They would have done it in March or April if there was any need; my thoughts though. Good luck with your soon to come approval.

I watched a video where a lawyer suggests that after 8 months maybe it’s a good idea for premium process. I am not able to afford that so I will just keep waiting ;( #7months

@Moki Ta , Hi, thank you for that information.
to be honest I don’t think it’s a good idea to file PP, at any point.,
Our visa isn’t current so it doesn’t affect us in any way.
the only reason could be, that you ain’t sure about your case, and you need to get an answer faster in case you have to redo it, and you have a little extra money.
ps. I can’t afford it either

@mononchus cp5 yes it could be a couple months. but I’ve seen on the other platforms that October cases are coming as well, so maybe the November’ cases might be revised soon.
At the end, no one knows, how it works.
my block advanced a lot this month, and my block has October, November, cases., so I’m just crossing fingers and praying for those good news to come!

@M E Not really, specially in Nebraska, Just some October, and very few November.
But at the end depends on your block and which officer reviews your case. So no one knows how it really works…

• "Ready for case review" means the case is in the queue for an officer to review it.
• "Case is being actively reviewed by USCIS -
(This is my Status, and I’m 200 Days Waiting)" Means the case has moved past the initial stages and an officer has begun reviewing the paperwork. During this stage, the officer may request more information or schedule an interview. This status eventually leads to a final decision, such as approval, denial, or a request for more evidence.
The time or how long it will take?., No one knows.
