We have taken action on your case email I130&I485
I have received 3 separate emails we have taken actions emails 2 for my i130 and one for my i485 both cases are pending approval or interview to be scheduled after I have received 2 RFEs. I have spoken to Emma she said my cases were at the field office they are now sent back to the NBC. I have not seen an update on my online account as yet. what are the possibilities for my cases go back to the NBC whether physically or electronically I was under the impression the field office would have been the last steps. any thoughts?

I think if it went back to nbc then that means the interview was waived. mine was sent to field office then back to nbc then i got approved without an interview

@T Rloy I don’t know when they sent it I just saw my approval came from there but it was like a month after I spoke with the agent
