yes I did overcome it by providing the little evidence I had and that same day, my case was approved. Don't panic, jux upload what you have for them and they will approve ur case

me too , not aproved yet but i had an interview appointment, iam sure you got scared when u saw it but dont , they send it just because they need more information about your relationship to make a decision, maybe u didnt send much before , just read well send everything they asked you , and send more if u can , dont be stressed out , you will pass it easy @Your Village People

I do had that and provided all the evidence I had , got scheduled for interview I-130 was approved on day of interview and I-485 got approved 2 days ago

good to know. I already did my I-130 interview almost a year ago it was not approved on the day of the interview then after I filed a writ of Mandamus they sent me a notice of intent to deny. I was a bit concerned and after sending them a response and more evidences of my marriage the status on my case changed to “Case is Beng Actively Reviewed by USCIS” don’t know what to think at this point

@God Knows this is encouraging . what was your NOID? after 5 years and a writ of mandamus. I received a NOID about ny previous marriage
