Hello family,
I need help. I applied form I-130 and form I-130A at the same time in November 30th, 2023. USCIS responded to me that they received my case and gave me the receipt number in the same day. on January 3rd, 2024, I received a letter said, « My case is actively being reviewed by USCIS. » From that date, nothing has changed. I start worrying about my case. How can I expedite my case? My wife will give birth very soon. Now, I don’t know what to do. Anyone here has/had similar case. I can use your advices. than you

The response to my SR is confusing. based on VB I am current, EB2 ROW PD Oct 2022, but the response I got was that my case is pending because it is retrogressed. I have been in CRP since Oct 2023. How is this possible? I have been current since Jan 1 2024. Anyone with a similar experience?

I’ve been married for years now. and just kept putting off getting my GC because I was complacent with my TPS. But not being able to travel outside the states was starting to put a toll on my marriage so I finally decided to apply and it took a little under a year. I used Boundless to get everything together, they truly made the process so easy. I received my GC in hand yesterday. Just be patient God is always working.

Notice of Intent To Deny NOID EB1A
Hello everyone,
I recently submitted my EB1A application for premium processing and received a Notice of Intent to Deny (NOID) today.
The NOID letter states that my application does not demonstrate the high level of expertise required for the EB1A category. In my application, I attempted to meet 7 criteria. The reviewer validated that I met 4 out of the 7 criteria but provided detailed feedback on the 3 criteria I did not meet.
Despite meeting 4 criteria (when only 3 are required), the final determination stated that I have not shown I am among the top 10% in my field as required by EB1A.
I would greatly appreciate your advice and expertise on how best to respond to the NOID. What evidence can I provide to strengthen my case, especially considering that I have already met more than the minimum number of criteria required?
Any resources or pointers is really appreciated.

Finally....New Card is Being Produced.....
God has Finally done it for Me. After 4 years of stress and frustration, today I received a good news. I pray for everyone to get approved soonest.

It has been a frustrating journey.. but almost there...
Got our case approved today! Have not received the card yet!
On CRP since 2023 Oct, 20.
Current since Jan 1,2024.
Case at local FO since March 1,2024.
Raised 2 SR. 1st SR had generic response..2nd one asked for 90 days for response due to high volume of application.. I am kinda impatient.. asked Senator for an inquiry.. replied with the case being at decisional review on 06/04/24..Nothing solid.. Today was the 90th day of 2nd SR and was planning to call them on Monday.. my and my spouse's case got updated on the morning today!!
