Divorce certificate from Nigeria
Hello, I have a pending vawa application, I filed July 2021 , the last update on my my vawa was an RFE I never received, I went through congress man, ombudsman, inquiries to let them know I never got RFE, to no avail, now my lawyer believes it was a system glitch , but also did a FOIA to see what’s on my file, my question is I got divorced 10 years ago in Nigeria, and attached the divorce certificate with in the application, with the recent denials because of divorce from Nigeria 🇳🇬 I am worried scared, can I go do another divorce here in the state? is that advisable?
